The Recruitment Process
- Should you be invited to an interview you may be asked to undertake a series of assessment tests to help us decide upon your suitability for the job. Details about the assessment centre are provided to all candidates in advance.
- All successful candidates will be asked to provide details for reference purposes and will undergo a standard company medical which will include drug and alcohol testing.
- All new employees will undergo a company induction.
These are specific to each post and will be discussed in more detail at interview.
